Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of Pixlo, a brand and digital service operated by Yashodip Randive as an individual/unregistered business. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using Pixlo, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your account secure, and use Pixlo only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
2. Pixlo services and credits
Pixlo provides AI-assisted design, logo, image, enhancement, and related brand workflows. Some operations use credits. Credit packs are one-time digital purchases and are not subscriptions. The applicable credit cost is shown in the service before a paid operation where supported.
3. Payments and delivery
Credits are granted only after successful payment confirmation. Payment processing may be provided by Razorpay or another disclosed payment provider. Delivery is electronic to the authenticated Pixlo account and is further described in our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy.
4. Uploaded content
You must have all rights and permissions necessary to upload, process, and use your input content. You retain your rights in content you upload, and Pixlo does not claim ownership of that user-uploaded content. You permit Pixlo and its service providers to process it as necessary to operate, secure, and support the requested service.
5. Generated outputs
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. AI-generated results may not be unique. Pixlo does not guarantee exclusivity, originality, trademark availability, copyrightability, or non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining appropriate professional advice before commercial use.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Pixlo to violate law or third-party rights, upload content you are not permitted to use, evade security or usage controls, disrupt the service, distribute malicious material, or create deceptive, abusive, or harmful content. Pixlo may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
7. Processing failures and refunds
When a supported Pixlo processing operation fails after credits have been reserved or deducted, the application may release or restore those credits according to the operation state. A processing failure does not automatically create a cash-refund entitlement. Payment and refund requests are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
Pixlo may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and provider, network, maintenance, or security events may delay or prevent an operation.
